– Agriculture is an integral part of the image of the territory. The Vaucluse region offers identifiable, quantifiable and mobilizable biomass resources: vine shoots, fruit orchard bio-waste, co-products from the agricultural and food-processing industries etc.

Synergy between insect farming and bio-waste with diversified and innovative markets
