Miam République is a new player in the Vaucluse health foods community.
The company was founded by Karine and François Rousselet, who ventured into developing and marketing granola products.
Their granola cereal comes in a convenient pack, so you can eat it at any time of the day. In 2019, Vaucluse Provence Attractivité helped Miam République to set up their business in the craft village. Positioned in the Food Tech sector, the brand offers an ultra-healthy product (100% natural origin, organic, vegan and gluten-free). Its nutritional composition is based on a mixture of roasted grains and dried fruits.
VPA connected Miam République with CRITT Agro (Regional Centre for Innovation and Transfer of Agri-Food Technologies) for support on the innovation aspect of their business, which saw the company receive a French Tech grant this year, as it continues to work on developing new and innovative products. Recently launched in high-end local and regional B2B and B2C markets, the company has international growth in its sights, which it plans to achieve by exporting to the United Arab Emirates and the United States.
